1) SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1.1 Program name and description
Program Name: Foodie Coaches SMS Updates Program
Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Foodie Coaches. Message types may include (depending on what you request or sign up for): appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, service messages, customer support communications, and promotional/marketing messages.
Opt-in is collected via forms where you explicitly consent to receive SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
1.2 Opt-out instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the same number that sent you messages. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you rejoin.
1.3 Rejoining instructions
To rejoin after opting out, sign up again the same way you did initially (for example, by submitting a form and opting in to SMS). Once you opt in again, we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

1.5 Carrier liability disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us (for example, your appointment schedule and the services you request). For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
1.7 Age restriction
You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
1.8 Compliance with industry standards and legal compliance note
We comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relating to SMS and electronic communications, including the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
